Essence de Sofitel
The foundation of this collaboration is Essence de Sofitel, a signature fragrance that scents Sofitel hotels around the world. Inspired by a blissful afternoon in the sunny South of France, the scent was designed to translate the brand’s French heritage and art de vivre into an olfactive identity that is unmistakably Sofitel.
The fragrance opens with crisp citrus notes of bergamot and lemon leaves, bright and welcoming, like light through tall windows. The heart blooms into white rose wrapped by the luscious jasmine of Grasse — a deeply French sensibility, romantic and precise. The base settles into lentisque, patchouli, French vanilla, and white sandalwood, rich and lingering, with a sense of authentic luxury that stays long after the moment has passed. The scent permeates with warmth, elegance, and unhurried pleasure.
The Products
Working closely with Sofitel, Air Aroma developed a suite of private label retail products in Essence de Sofitel, each designed to extend the Sofitel experience beyond the hotel stay and into the daily lives of guests.
