Payment by Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners International Club Credit
Cards. We protect the security of your credit card number during transmission by
using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software. Please note that payments made by American
Express (AMEX) and Diners International Club Credit Cards attract a surcharge of
3%. Please note that Air Aroma reserves the right to ask for proof of identity on
all Credit Card orders.
Shipping Policy
Information for Australian Customers
Parcels sent within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. If delivery is attempted
but nobody is home then a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office. Air
Aroma recommends that if you are not home during business hours that you request
Air Aroma to send your parcel to you at your work address.
Information for International Customers
International orders can be sent by Regular Airmail or EMS International Courier.
Cost is calculated based on your location and items in your cart. You can get a
quote for shipping costs by adding records to your shopping cart and clicking "checkout"
(you will need to have an account and be logged in).
Delivery Times
All items in Air Aroma's store are usually in stock so once payment is received
Air Aroma can dispatch your order from Melbourne within 5 business days. The time
for delivery, once Air Aroma dispatches your order, can vary depending on where

*These times are just a guide and in some cases delivery may take longer for reasons
outside Air Aroma's control. For Australian customers, Air Aroma's express post
option tends to ensure delivery within 2 days.
Returns Policy
Please choose your purchases carefully as Air Aroma does not accept returns unless
they are genuinely faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. Items damaged
or broken because of faulty packaging may be returned together with the faulty packaging.
If you have an item you wish to return, you must first email Air Aroma for a Return
Advice form and send the item back to Air Aroma within 14 days from the date your
order was shipped.
Privacy Policy
